Being manufacturers of Polyurethane products, seat assemblies, Puff panels, Shelters, Sheet metal components, Pressure Die Casting products and various other automobile accessories; Meenakshi Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is a company that started as an ancillary to one of the Hero Group companies. Meenakshi Polymers was established in 1987 and came under the able guidance of Managing Director Mr. Sanjeev Soni during 1989.  Before taking over this company Mr.Soni had already established two companies supplying forging components & other cycle manufacturing parts to Hero Cycles Ltd. After taking over the reign of company’s management, MD along with his team of core competent engineers started the development and diversification of the company into the mentioned arenas.

The organisation is a manufacturer of wide range of foam products and sheet metal / pipe components for automotive industry. It is also supplying full seating system for Luxury Buses, coaches, cinemas and mega malls. Two wheelers’ Bare Foam, Bus Foam, Assembled seats, Bus Seats, Furniture cushions of different density and many other automobile accessories are available in open market with our own brand name M-94.

Widespread in Delhi-NCR and Haridwar, MPPL manufactures superior quality P.U. foam to be used in motorcycle seats, bus seats, chair cushions, horse saddles etc. MPPL brings an innovative approach to manufacturing P.U. foam by keeping a firm check on the process parameters to meet the international standards required for manufacturing. With this we have been able to achieve higher productivity, wide customer base and minimum levels of rejection. Our most esteemed customer is Hero Honda to whom we supply assembled motorcycle seats for which MPPL is D.O.L. certified. We also manufacture assembled bus seats for Swaraj Mazda. Off late MPPL has diversified into manufacturing Aluminium Pressure Die Casting components and PUF Panels serving both the domestic and international sectors with customers like General Electric Motors of India (GEMI), MINDA and Havells; to name a few. Our associates are distinguished by their functional and technical expertise combined with their hands-on experience, thereby ensuring that our customers receive the best quality products.

MPPL has over 200 dealers in India in the automotive components replacement market for various products such as chair cushions, assembled motorcycle seats, motorcycle side bags and various other products listed on this site. Although being the experts in manufacturing P.U. foam, MPPL is still always thriving for updating itself with the technology enhancements of its field so that the customer requirements are always fulfilled. Our extensive skills encompass all aspects right from manufacturing the best quality of foam products, with best possible designs to customized requirements.  In the replacement market we try to reach out to the customer as practically as possible to make sure that we manage to keep up the brand image of our own brand M-94 with all its grace.

The Company believes in Quality Management Systems, which has been certified as per ISO – 9001-2000 and is progressing towards TS –16949 and ISO 14001.  The company has also been certified as DOL by M/s. Hero Honda Motors Ltd which is an achievement that itself reflects our quality management.

Unlike other P.U. foam manufacturing companies, at MPPL, we thrive to give the best quality product at a very marginal price. Our associates are well versed in managing to attain the international process parameters for manufacturing foam and with being an ISO 9001:2000 certified company it is helping in making that check process full proof. All aspects of having different specifications for particular products to attain different densities, hardness, designing and comfort ability for customized requirements can be fulfilled easily at our specialized laboratories. We pride ourselves on our proven track record for effectively managing to adhere to every customer requirement and managing to maintain a dealer base of over 200 nos. all over India for the past 18 years. This is due to effectively directing sales team members in the understanding customer modifications to ensure that all product specific requirements are met within price range and time schedules. 

In order to meet the individual needs of customers MPPL procures raw material from the chosen sources such as Huntsman, Bayer, B.A.S.F and Manali Petrochemicals. We have our product range in moulded foam starting from density 40 with a molecular weight of 5000. With having an extensive knowledge base MPPL uses wide range of raw material may it be M.D.I., M.T., T.M. or T.D.I. Polyisocynate for flexible and rigid foam. Moreover, our functional and technical experience extends to give us the competitive edge over our competitors and we are continually expanding our knowledge and services to keep up with the market requirements.  Our in house mould making facilities with the help of a tool room reduces our lead time in processing any new development at a minimum run down time with cost effectiveness; making us dynamic with such a diversity on our side.

In addition, with Hero Honda being the most esteemed customer, MPPL takes full pride in stating that we have learnt a lot with having a customer such as Hero Honda which eventually teaches the systems of how to run the organization in a very cost effective way with so much wide distribution centers, having been responsible for the successful implementation of a 1.2 million square-foot retail distribution center.
