About Telecom Shelters

To keep the system of telecom functioning efficiently a particular temperature is required. The same aspect is being achieved by using these panels with less power consumption. All major Telecom companies like Airtel, Idea etc are on our clientele list through their vendors.

Panel Construction
Meenakshi shelters are individual customer needs each panel consists of interior & exterior metal skin with structural members for additional strength. These metal layer are separated by rigid foam - in place self extinguishing polyurethane insulations, which adheres to the metal layers providing increased structural strength. All panels have tongue and groove construction and sealant is applied all to joints foaming and all tight seal.
Telecom Shelters
All panels are jointed together using a cam-locking fastner, operated a hex wrench. Acess holes are sealed with vinyl snap-in-caps. Ceiling are typically attached to walls can also cam-lock to ceiling (optional).

Floors are built with bonded to exterior grade underlayment and foamed -inplace 12/9mn marine ply or 2 mm anti-static Vinyl floors are capable of maintaining a load maximum of 2000kg/m2, when uniformly distributed.
Standards Interior And Exterior Metal Finish
  • 22Ga/24 Ga. Pre-coated galvanized steel with optional ribbing.
Optional Finishes Available
  • 16/18/20 Ga. Pre-coated galvanized steel. Standard colors available are white and ivory.
    Optional colors available on request.
  • 22 Ga. Aluminium chequered sheet.
  • 22 Ga. type 304 stainsless/matt and mirror finish.
Interior Finish
  • 22 Ga. Aluminium chequered sheet.
  • 24 Ga. Type 304 stainless steel with mat finish & mirror finish are available upon request.
  • Standard insulation is foamed in-place, Non-CFC UL Class 1 rated polyurethanc foam. It has a thermal conductivity (K-Faetor) 120 BTU/HR/SQ./FT./DEG/F/IN.and overall heat transfer coefficient (U Factor) of non more than. 030 BTU/HR.SQ.FT.

Features of Meenakshi Puf Insulated shelters
Panels can be conveniently assembled to create modular shelter of any size. There is flexibility of disassembly making it possible to shift the pre- fabricated room conveniently to any other location. The modular panels are available in combination which may be either GI/SS/PCGI/ALUM./CRCA etc. A high degree of sealing accomplished by superior foamed in-place-locks provide along panels edges, which provides total impermeablity to moisture and resistance to corrosion.
